All appointments receive a complimentary consultation before your service. Your dream hair satisfaction is my priority. I'll listen and explain realistic hopes for your hair needs, based on my professional experience. Note: Service prices may increase if addition product is needed.
I understand things come up and you may need to cancel. However, please respect my time. A simple call, text, or email could have let me know you're unable to make your appointment, but to just not show is extremely disrespectful. There is a penalty fee for this.
If you need to cancel your appointment be sure to read my cancelation policy for your service booked, it is located under the service when booking your appointment. If you are running late be sure to notify me. If your more than 15 min late you may be asked to reschedule.
